The older children have been having a great time studying the Artist Van Gough - they have heard about his life and become familiar with the story of Camille and the Sunflowers. They have studied his style and examined his favourite colours, looked at where he lived and connected this with Geography and our world and even explored how he applied his paints!
Science has taken off with the children this term, with sink and float and magnets being top of the favourites so far! So don't be surprised if your child fills up the sink and starts to experiment at home with objects to see whether they sink or float!
