As always, the weeks fly by and there always seems to be lots going on. This week we were excited to welcome our new Reception children for September 2015, on Tuesday, into the school to work with their teachers, whilst Ms Habgood gave a talk to the parents about all the exciting things that go on at Norfolk House. The children settled well and enjoyed meeting their new teachers and were delighted to receive their back packs and teddies ready for September!

On Thursday afternoon, we also welcomed our new Nursery pupils and parents from Infant Community to join the directresses and get a feel for their new class ready for September. It was a lovely opportunity for them to enjoy the Montessori experience and for parents to ask questions ahead of them joining. They were all delighted with their new teddies and we’re looking forward to seeing them develop in independence and learn through our five areas in the Montessori curriculum.
