☰ Christmas!

Posted on December 12 2014

The children in the Infant community and Montessori Nursery were treated to a visit from Father Christmas on the morning of the 10th December. The children and staff had prepared the staff room and turned it into Santa’s Grotto with tinsel and fairy lights. Each child had a turn to meet Santa and say hello! They also received a gift all the way from Lapland. The children really enjoyed their experience and it has had a huge impact on the levels of communication between the children. I hope that they have been able to tell you all about it!

Children’s Christmas dinner.

On the 2nd December the children at both sites were treated to Christmas dinner and pudding. All the children had a lovely time socially and also trying out the traditional turkey(or Veggie alternative) roast potatoes, vegetable, yorkshire puds and gravy followed by mince pies and ice cream depending on their age. A good time was had by all!
