A Day with a Spanish Flavour

Posted on September 02 2014

On Thursday 12th June, Montessori House held its annual celebration of Spanish culture for all children and parents.

The children have been attending weekly Spanish classes since September with Mrs Raguso and enjoyed making their own Spanish flags and rosettes, in preparation for Spanish Day.

Everyone had a brilliant time celebrating the day, with the children selling their Spanish flags, helping to offer food and practising their Spanish. The children had a fantastic time showing off their costumes for the fashion parade and parents, carers and children alike, all enjoyed the scrumptious food.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We are now looking forward to Spanish Day 2015!
